Dance-Fit- Students get fit while learning dance basics to fun age appropriate music. Styles include basic ballet, jazz and hip-hop.
Gym-Fit-In this high energy class, students build motor skills, body control, and muscle by participating in gymnastics basics including floor tumbling, beam, and jumps.
Cheer-Fit- Students jump, tumble, dance and cheer in this high energy class. Techniques taught include jumps, motions, cheers, tumbling and pom-pom routines.
Sign, Sing, and Play- Learn sign language with your little one! Students learn basic signs through music, class activities, and one-on-one fun.
Tots-Get-Messy- Tots explore color, texture, smell and more by creating "art" with mostly edible products. Water play, bubble games, art experiments and music make this class full of messy fun!
Ballet Technique/ Ballet-Tap/ Ballet-Jazz classes- Students learn dance basics, routines, and proper technique in these fun dance classes.
Hip Hop- Students learn new moves and dance routines while exploring their musicality.
Kids in the Kitchen- Students learn to make healthier meals, snacks, and desserts through a hands-on food adventure. A different recipe is featured each week.
Zumba- Join the party! This class is sure to keep you moving, sweating, and having a blast! Zumbatomic classes are also available for kids!
Music and Me- This class is designed for little ones to explore music, rhythym, and songs through instruments, movement, and more!
Movement and Me- The beginning movement class will give your little one an introduction to dance, songs, and class basics. Parent participation is required.
For the Boys- Boys will be boys, and that is GREAT in this class designed just for them! This fast-paced class will keep your son moving while learning hip hop, tumbling, and even breakdancing!
Yoga- Our yoga classes will help you gain flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Great for any age!
Learning Adventures- Students learn colors, shapes, phonics, and more through art, stories, music, and fun hands-on activities.
Ballet Burn- You will feel the burn after this low impact, ballet inspired class! Great for adults of all levels (you do not have to be a "dancer" to benefit from this course!
